極めて抑えられた渋み、蜂蜜のような香り、まろやかな味

甜絲絲は、中国雲南省・海抜1000メートル以上の高山地帯で育まれた、雲南大葉種の高級茶です。

山々に囲まれ、日照時間が短く、昼夜の温度差が大きい環境で育った茶葉は、渋みが極めて抑えられ、まろやかで奥行きのある味わいに仕上がります。

茶葉に多く含まれる金毫（ゴールデンチップ）は、若芽の白毛が発酵によって金色へと変化したもの。そこから、蜂蜜のような甘い香りを中心に、カカオ、ドライフルーツ、麦芽、黒糖を思わせる豊かな余韻が広がります。

それは、心に甘える一杯。

忙しい日々の中で、湯気の向こうにふっと立ち上がる甘い香り。

ひと口含めば、やわらかな甘みとまろやかな味わいが、心を静かにほどいていきます。
