白茶の清らかさに、ジャスミンの気品を重ねた、山海珍盤の贅沢な花茶。

ジャスミンクイーンは、緑茶ではなく、日本初上陸、極めて希少な白茶をベースにしたジャスミン茶です。

若く柔らかな新芽のみを使用し、茶葉には細やかで豊かな白毫（白いうぶ毛）が美しく残っています。光を受けると銀色に輝くようなその姿は、まさに“クイーン”の名にふさわしい優雅さをたたえています。

製茶には、ジャスミン茶ならではの香り付け技法「窨花（インホワ）」を用い、白茶の繊細な製茶工程と組み合わせています。ジャスミンのつぼみと茶葉を幾度も重ね、花が開く瞬間の清らかな香りだけを、丁寧に茶葉へ移していく。この工程を約10回ほど繰り返すことで、人工的ではない、自然で奥行きのある花香が生まれます。

湯を注ぐと、透明感のある淡い杏色――まるでシャンパンゴールドのような美しい水色が広がります。

ふわりと立ち上がるのは、清らかで上品なジャスミンの香り。そこに白茶特有のやわらかな甘みが重なり、まろやかで滑らかな口当たりへと続きます。

飲み終えたあとも、清らかな花の余韻が静かに残り、心までふっとほどけていきます。

上品な花香と白茶の甘みが織りなす、白銀の新芽にジャスミンの蕾の香りを丁寧にまとわせた特別なジャスミン茶です。
